Note: Traffic citations may not be available through this online case access for up to 21 days from the date the citation was issued. A courtesy notice may be mailed to you at the address listed on your citation which contains general information and options available for resolving the citation. If you do not receive a courtesy notice in advance of your citation appearance date, contact the court as failure to receive a courtesy notice is not a legal excuse for failing to take care of the citation. When submitting payments and/or documents by mail, allow 10 days for delivery and processing.

Searching for cases using Court‘s Public Case Number
Using the navigation bar on the left hand side, the user can select Cases Access or Case Index. This will bring up the Case Search screen. Users can then enter the Court‘s Public Case Number in the field labeled Case Number. The user must enter the full Case Number; a partial Case Number will not yield the correct results.Back to Top
Searching for cases using Court Date
Using the navigation bar on the left hand side, the user can select Cases on Calendar. This will bring up the Calendar Search screen. Users can then enter the Justice Center, Courtroom, Hearing Date, and/or Prosecutor associated with the case. Only the Hearing Date field is required for the system to initiate a search however, if the search yields more than 500 results for the date entered, the system will warn the user that the search criteria has returned too many results. The user must then specify more refined search criteria.Back to Top
Information available for each case:
General Information
Once the user has selected a particular case to view, the Case Number and Defendant‘s name is shown on the top of the page.
Defendant‘s Information
Demographics - Underneath the defendant‘s name, the user can expand the Demographics section to view the defendant‘s Eye Color, Hair Color, Height and Weight.
Names - By expanding the Names section the user can view any aliases or other names used by the defendant.
Case Status
The current status of the Case is then shown, along with the following fields:

Case Stage | This field contains the stage of the case. |
Release Status | This field contains the release status of the defendant. |
DMV Hold | This field indicates if there is a DMV Hold for the defendant. |
Charging Documents | This field indicates the type of current charging document filed on the case. |
Mandatory Appearance | This field indicates if the defendant has a mandatory appearance scheduled. |
Amendment # | This field indicates the number of times the charging document has been changed. |
Additional information for each case are then divided into 4 different sections: Case Info, Hearing Info, Release Info, and Sentencing
The Case Info tab holds information for the defendants Counts, Co-Defendants, and Participants.Counts
The Counts table allows the user to view all violations for the current defendant

Seq. # | This field indicates the sequence number of the count |
S/A | This field contains the sequence number of special allegations related to a count. |
Violation Date | This field indicates the date of the violation. |
Section Statute | This field contains the section and statute of the violation code associated with the count. |
OL | This field contains the offense level. (Offense Level values are Felony, Misdemeanor, Infraction) |
Plea | This field contains the plea entered for each violation. |
Plea Date | This field contains the date the plea was entered for each violation |
Disposition | This field contains the outcome of the proceedings. |
Disposition Date | This field indicates the disposition date. |
Co-Defendants
The Co-defendants table allows the user to view all defendants that are associated with the present case and defendant.

First Name | This field contains co-defendants‘ first name |
Release Status | This field contains the release status of the case. |
Status Date | This field indicates the date of the status. |
Participants
The Participants table allows the user to view all the people who are professionally associated with the case, such as arresting officers and attorneys.

Role | This field indicates the type of participant association of the person to the defendant. |
Badge Number | This field contains the badge number of the participant (if applicable). |
Agency | This field contains the name of the agency the participant is associated with. |
Name | This field contains the name of the participant associated with the case. |
Scheduled Hearings
The Scheduled Hearings table indicates the court appearances that are currently scheduled for the defendant.

Date | This field indicates the date of the proceedings. |
Time | This field indicates the time of the proceedings. |
Hearing Type - Reason | This field indicates what type of hearing is scheduled and the reason the appearance is on the calendar. |
Courtroom | This field contains the location of the courtroom where the proceedings are to take place |
Heard Hearings
The Heard Hearings table contains any hearings previously held or canceled, providing the user with a history of the courtroom appearances of the defendant.

Bail
The Bail table is used to view all persons who have posted bail for the defendant. The table displays the date the bail was posted, the amount posted, and the name of the person posting bail. The table also displays the history of the bail activity.

State Institutions
The following tables will be displayed only if applicable to the sentence. The first table describes where and when the sentence start.

Agency: | This field indicates the agency where the sentence will be served. |
Remand: | This field indicates when the sentence will start. |
The State Institutions table allows the user to view the terms and details of the sentence.

Count | This field contains the count number that is associated with the State Institution sentence. |
S/A | This field contains the special allegation sequence number that is associated with the State Institution sentence. |
Prior | This field contains the prior sequence number that is associated to the State Institution sentence. |
Section/Statute | This field contains the section and statute of the violation code associated with the count. |
OL | This field contains the offense level. (Offense Level values are Felony, Misdemeanor, Infraction). |
Term Level | This field contains the sentencing level for the State Institution sentence according to sentencing guidelines (Term Level values are Low, Middle, Upper). |
Term Imposed | This field contains the amount of time imposed in the State Institution for the count specified. |
Stay | This field indicates the reason for the stay on the State Institution sentence. |
Parole | This field indicates whether the State Institution sentence is eligible for Parole. |
Conc/Consec | This field indicates whether the State Institution sentence was ordered as consecutive or concurrent. |
Case | This field indicates the Case Number that the State Institution sentence is consecutive or concurrent with. |
Count | This field represents the count number that the State Institution sentence is consecutive or concurrent with. |
Probation
The Probation table allows the user to view the details of the defendant‘s probations

The Printable Version displays all the attributes listed above that can be selected and presented in a printable format. The user can create and print a document containing the desired attributes.
